We made it! We actually made. i lived against the odds surviving 8 long hours travelling, right hand hook turns, trams, parking and reception. So we took a tram to Harbor Town and we saw a cow not just any cow but a giant, box shaped and fibre glass cow. Oh yea and it was suspended in a tree, upside down .  We headed into Harbor Town and walked around a bit. i bought a book and by then everything was closing so we headed away to find dinner. Dinner was in an Italian restaurant  (I had fish and chips yum) along  the boardwalk near Harbor Town at about 6.30-6.45(Victoria is 1 hour ahead of Qld) and it was still bright. Only at about 8.30 that the sun started setting while we ordered crepes form an authentic French cart then we watched a light show projected onto the front of the town hall. It was an alround good day. Jacqueline out.
